In collaboration with the Functional Training Academy, IEDEREEN LOOPT is organizing the very first official Pose Running training in Belgium on January 20 and 21, 2017. The training is in English and is given by Wieland Heiser (Master Coach Pose Method® Europe).
The Pose Method® is efficient & injury-free movement by learning "poses". You can use the Pose Method techniques to prevent injuries and drastically improve your athletic performance.
The Pose Method® is a system for learning sport-specific techniques developed by Dr. Nicholas Romanov.
If you analyze the movement of each body through time and space, you will clearly see that the body passes through an infinite number of poses. Most poses are transitional movements and are the result, not the cause, of correct positioning. By integrating certain poses into one whole, no energy is wasted on inconsistent movements . This lays the foundation of the Pose Method.
Pose Running: Running technique is one of the most neglected and misunderstood aspects of training. After all, everyone can run, right? You don't need to learn a special technique for it, do you? But why do so many runners suffer knee, hamstring or ankle injuries every year ? And poor posture & running technique are the number 1 cause of these injuries!
Education: Do you want to provide yourself with a broader base and improve your running style? Or do you want to coach others in natural running? Then this education is for you.

What? The Vibram Fivefingers Bootcamp is not that different from our regular Bootcamps. It is also a group lesson that takes place outside. And of course we also work on both strength and endurance. But 4 times a year you get something extra.
Where? Kerselaargoed Roeselare is located 250m from our studio (meet at the entrance via Pantserstraat ).
When? 4x per year (1x per quarter) - You will soon find the first dates for our bootcamps here
What to bring? The Vibram Fivefingers Bootcamp is outdoors so dress according to the weather forecast! A bottle of water certainly won't hurt (as long as you don't leave it in the park afterwards!)
Participate? The Vibram Fivefingers Bootcamp is open to both men and women aged 18 and over . Your current fitness is less important , as we can adjust the exercises individually. Of course, you should be in good health. In order to maintain the quality of the bootcamp, the group is limited to a maximum of 12 participants .
Please note: this bootcamp is specifically aimed at people who want to get acquainted with Vibram Fivefingers for the first time. If you already have experience with Vibram Fivefingers or other minimalist shoes, you are of course free to join our regular bootcamps.
