The prices listed on our webshop do not include shipping costs. Orders are always sent through the network of GLS with track & trace code. This track & trace gives everyone more certainty about the correct delivery of your order.
Orders are shipped no later than the business day following your payment. Exceptionally, some products have different delivery times (e.g. a presale). You can always find the exact shipping time on the product page.
Returns are only possible (for private individuals) for online orders. For purchases in the shop, we spend a lot of time explaining and trying on the products. In principle, therefore, exchanges for purchases in the shop are not possible. If you have any questions about this, please contact us first at info@iedereenloopt.be or +32(0)56 930 106.

Attention: Returns from other countries are not possible via our returns service. In this case, please send the return at your own expense to IEDEREEN LOOPT, Noordzandstraat 85 B, 8000 Bruges (Belgium). Do not forget to mention your order number and name!

Socks and shoes are unworn, the label is still on them and you send them back in their original packaging. (Never use the original shoe box as shipping packaging!). Of course you may try on the products! However, we ask that you do this indoors so that everything remains clean and saleable. Of course you wouldn't want to receive a pair of shoes that someone else has already walked in the mud with...
If the product is damaged, or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, then we can charge the depreciation of the product to you. So treat your products with care and make sure they are well packaged when returned. Fortunately, this is not a problem for 99% of our customers!
Please note: Have you taken advantage of a discount promotion where you receive a free product, a discount or free transport for purchases above a certain amount or number of products? Then the discount will be forfeited if, after returning the goods, you are left with less than the number of products or amount required for the discount promotion. We will then deduct this discount from the amount to be refunded.
The Market Practices Act (WMPC) provides that the Buyer may, within a period of 14 calendar days, register the product for return without any inference, in the sense of penalties or statement of reasons. This is called the right of renunciation. After this you have another 14 days to return your product.
At IEDEREEN LOOPT, you get a whopping 30 days to register the return. After this you have 14 days to effectively return it. Returning an order is at the expense and risk of the customer, except if the product is non-conforming.
In the event of a valid and legally correct use of the abovementioned right of renunciation, IEDEREEN LOOPT will within forteen (14) working days take care of reimbursement of the amount paid by the Buyer to IEDEREEN LOOPT, by the same means of payment used for the original order.
No refund is possible if the right of renunciation was unlawfully exercised. If the goods are sent back wrongly, all costs associated with the return shall be borne by the Buyer. In that case, IEDEREEN LOOPT is free to store the products at the expense and risk of the Buyer (with third parties) during 3 months, and/or to return these articles to the Buyer at the implicit or explicit request and expense of the Buyer.
