The prices listed on our webshop do not include shipping costs. Orders are always shipped via the GLS network with a track & trace code. This track & trace code gives everyone a lot more certainty about the correct delivery of your order.

Shipping rates

• Belgium: €7.95 - free for orders over €60
• Netherlands: €9.95 - free for orders over €60
• Luxembourg: €9.95 - free for orders over €60
• Frankrijk (excl. Corsica): 14,95€
• We do not currently ship to other countries.

When will my parcel be dispatched?

Orders will be shipped no later than the working day after your payment. In exceptional cases, some products have different delivery times (e.g. presales). The exact shipping time can always be found on the product page.

Collection

Of course, you can also choose to collect your order from our shop in Bruges. You will automatically receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. This is usually within one working day of placing your order (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
