Although you might not think so at first glance, the El Naturalista N5264A Nomada Alpine Grass Black is a genuine barefoot boot for those who want to move freely without compromising on style. The Alpine Grass leather is slightly sturdier and easier to clean than the Arizona leather used in the ‘standard’ N5264 version.
Shoes from the Nomada range have a faux heel, but are nonetheless 100% zero-drop. Although the outsole is 1.2 cm thick, it is surprisingly flexible and lightweight.
Features:
- Upper: Alpine Grass leather
- Lining: 80% chrome-free leather + 20 % microfibre
- Insole: 6 mm microfibre (to enhance the barefoot feel, we recommend replacing the insole with a thinner cork or leather insole from OmaKing)
- Outsole: 12 mm natural rubber
- Laces + zip on the inside
- Stitched sole
Sizing:
We regularly get asked what size barefoot shoes you should choose. Unfortunately, the answer is not that simple. Every brand has its own size chart and even within different models of the same brand, there are often differences. Therefore, it is important to measure the length of your feet. A minimalist shoe is at least 8, but preferably 12mm longer than your foot length.
Unfortunately, wrong/old size charts also circulate on the internet. Therefore, we measure the length of the insole ourselves and include it in the size chart. This way, you can determine your ideal size.
