    Size chart

The Vivobarefoot Primus Flow Coconut (Men) is the newest member of the Primus family. This Primus Flow is the lightest barefoot running shoe Vivobarefoot has ever made. At 150g, the Flow is made for efficient running without your shoe restricting you in any way.

The Primus Flow has a 2mm outsole, an innovative 4mm midsole, but no insole.  The midsole is made entirely of low-density ETPU to reduce the risk of injury without compromising proprioception and barefoot feel.

Are you new to walking on barefoot shoes? Remember that walking on barefoot shoes is a journey, not a race. To avoid injury, it is important that you build up very carefully.

    Sizing:

We are often asked what size barefoot shoes you should choose. Unfortunately the answer is not that simple. Each brand has its own size chart and even within different models of the same brand there are often differences. Therefore it is important that you measure the length of your feet. A minimalist shoe is at least 8, but preferably 12mm longer than your foot length.

Unfortunately, wrong/old measurement tables circulate on the internet. Therefore, we measure the length of the insole ourselves and add it to the size chart. This way you can determine your ideal size.
