The Shamma Sandals Elite Alpha (formerly Mountain Goats) are not as minimalist as the Warrior, but are built for stability.
The sole of the Shamma Elite Alpha consists of two components: The all-terrain tread of Vibram® Newflex guarantees optimum grip even on difficult terrain. On top of that comes a Vibram® Morflex for a little more cushioning. As a result, the sandal moulds itself to the shape of your foot after just a short time.
Thanks to the Ultra Lacing System, your foot is firmly secured to the Ultragrip (non-slip) footbed. For additional fixation during running or hiking, use the optional Shamma PowerStraps.
The length of the sole is indicated for each size. For an optimal fit, only about 5 mm excess is needed in front of and behind your foot.
